基层医疗卫生服务体系改革用户满意度评价研究——以东营市为例 被引量:1

Study on Users' Satisfaction Evaluation of New Healthcare Reform in Grass-roots Healthcare Servicesystem—Taking Dongying as an Example

摘要 新医改以来,基层医疗卫生体系实行了众多改革措施,基层群众对新医改效果满意度评价是医改成效评价的重要指标。针对基层医疗卫生服务的用户满意度进行研究,构建了基层医疗卫生服务用户满意度评价指标体系,使用模糊综合评价理论,建立用户满意度综合评价模型。以山东省东营市具有基层就医经历的群众为调查对象,通过问卷调查,统计各指标用户满意度数据,通过用户满意度综合评价模型计算东营市基层医疗卫生服务体系用户满意度评价结果。在此基础上分析基层医疗卫生体系改革取得的成果和存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策与建议。 Since the new healthcare reform, many measures were being taken in grass-roots heahhcare service system. Users' satis- faction of grass-roots population us an important index to evaluate the new heahhcare reform. This study aims to study the users' satisfaction on the grass-roots healthcare service, and the evaluation indices system is constructed, a comprehensive evaluation model is established based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theories. In this study, people who have ever been treated in grass-roots healthcare institutes in Dongying CITY of Shandong Province are chosen as the survey subject, and users' satisfaction data is collected by questionnaires and analyzed statistically. Finally, some problems in grass-roots healthcare system are analyzed, and countermeasures are put forward.
