摘要
基层医疗队伍是农村卫生第一线的重要人力资源,目前面临体制制约、待遇不高、岗位紧张、人才缺乏和保障偏低等现状。通过对现状分析,针对性地提出意见和建议,多管齐下,加强基层医疗卫生的管理和建设,从而改善卫生资源利用"倒金字塔"的局面。
Primary health care team wa important for rural health forefront human resources, which is facing the current status of institutional constraints, salaries are not high at present, post tension, inficient talents and low guarantees. Through the analysis of the current situation, opinions and suggestions were proposed, multi-pronged strengthening construction and management of primary health care, which can improve the utilization of health care resources ＂inverted pyramid＂ of the situation.
