兰州市3~6岁儿童膳食制作人知识、态度及行为调查分析

摘要 目的 了解3~6岁儿童膳食制作人膳食知识、态度及行为,并对相关影响因素进行分析研究.方法 采取整群抽样的方式,抽取兰州市4所幼儿园486名3~6岁儿童抚养人,并对家庭膳食制作人进行问卷调查.结果 分析问卷调查结果可知,膳食制作人对营养知识的知晓(r=0.88,P<0.001)和态度(r=0.91,P<0.001)均有统计学意义(P<0.05);儿童家庭膳食制作人对维生素C的来源、缺钙对儿童的影响、含钙丰富的食品及铅对儿童神经发育有毒副作用的知晓率较高,而对经常食用精米、精面易缺乏维生素B2的知晓率最低,68.8%的膳食制作人对营养知识比较感兴趣或很感兴趣.结论 膳食制作人的营养知识丰富与否与其是否对此感兴趣有很大关系,我们应该加强对营养基本知识的普及和宣教. OBJECTIVE To analyze the knowledge, attitude and behavior for the people who was raising children of 3- 6 years old children, as well as explore the relative factors. METHOD To extract four kindergartens using the method of cluster sampling extraction, seleted 486 people raising children of 3 - 6 years old children and took questionnaire survey of family meals producer. RESULT There are statistical significant for these result(P〈0.05). Those who was family meals maker paled a vital important role in the children dietary, the knowledge that they maste influence the nutrition level of the children. A higher awareness rate of the source of vita- min C, the influence of calcium deficiency in children, calcium-rich foods and the side effects of lead on children neurodevelopmental were knowed by meals producers, however, the lowest awareness rate was that eating refined rice and wheat frequently easied to cause vitamin B2 deficiency. CONCLUSION It has been proved whether the meals producers had abundant dietary knowledge had close relationship with their interests. It is needed to enhance the knowledge dissemination.
