农村育龄妇女母婴三阻断的健康教育与服务需求调查分析

Analysis on the Health Education and Service Demand of the Reproductive Age Women about the Three Blocking Mother-to-Child Diseases in Rural Area

目的调查了解江苏省农村育龄妇女母婴三阻断的健康教育和服务需求情况。方法利用自行设计的调查问卷对1 907名农村育龄妇女进行调查,分析方法主要采用描述性分析。结果健康教育的时机、内容、形式及地点分别是以婚检、预防知识、电视及医疗机构为最多,人数占比分别为85.0%、89.1%、71.3%和75.5%。服务需求方面最多的是免费治疗约占94.5%,其次是增强医患互信约占86.3%。结论农村育龄妇女母婴三阻断知识的知晓率较低,需继续广泛开展有针对性的健康教育,突出重点,全面提升项目服务水平。

OBJECTIVE To understand the health education and service demand of the reproductive age women about the three block- ing mother-to-child diseases in rural area in Jiangsu. METHODS Using self-designed questionnaire, 1 907 women of child-bearing age were effectively surveyed in rural area. Descriptive analysis method was mainly used. RESULTS Check-ups, prevention knowl- edge, TV and medical institutions was the most health education time, content, form and place in the women, the proportion were 85.0%, 89.1%, 71.3% and 75.5%. Free treatment was the most service demand, enhancing the doctor-patient trust was the second service demand. The demand for free medical treating accounted for 94.5% followed by enhancing the trust between the doctor and the patient accounted for 86.3%. CONCLUSION Reproductive age women knowledge about the three blocking mother-to-child disease were low. Carrying out targeted health education needs to be continued. Comprehensive project service level of ascension was combined with highlight the key.
