水律蛇大肠杆菌病的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Colibacillosis in Pepper Snake

通过临床观察、病理学剖检、细菌分离培养和生化试验鉴定,对水律蛇大肠杆菌病进行了诊断;通过药敏试验筛选针对蛇大肠埃希菌的敏感药物;将筛选出的敏感药物应用于临床治疗。结果表明,分离出的细菌为大肠埃希菌,头孢噻呋、丁胺卡那霉素和氟苯尼考对该菌高度敏感,应用头孢噻呋、丁胺卡那霉素临床治疗效果显著。

The colibacillosis of pepper snake were diagnosed by clinical observation, pathological autopsy, bacterail isolation and biochemical test. The sensitive drugs was screened by drug sensitivity test and used for clinical treatment. The results showed that the bacterial strain isolated is E. coli, the ceftiofur sodium, amikacin and florfeniol were sensitive drugs for this strain amikacin and florfeniol. ,the conspicuous treatment was gotten by using
