摘要
从带式输送机采用的三相异步电动机的原理出发,利用MATLAB的Simulink组件建立控制系统仿真模型。通过模型对定子电压和电流之间的关系进行研究,得出电动机在轻载时存在最佳调压比。依据最佳调压比,设计出定子电流最小的控制方法。带式输送机电动机自节能技术研究为煤矿节能降耗打下良好基础。
Based on the principle of the three-phase asynchronous motor with belt conveyor starting, establishing control system simulation model by using Simulink component in MATLAB. Through the research on the relationship between the stator voltage and current of the motor under light load model, there is an optimal voltage ratio. The study and on the basis optimal voltage ratio, design a control? method of the minimum stator current.
