摘要 大导程螺杆在一些行业应用广泛,因导程大、螺旋升角大,无法用一般螺杆的车削加工方式,通常需要专用机床加工。对导程<30 mm的大导程螺杆,利用数控车床的宏程序功能,把螺杆参数设置为变量,编制针对螺杆槽宽和槽深的循环控制程序,实现了对大导程螺杆的粗精加工。使用该方法编程方便、实用,不仅降低了对螺杆专用设备的要求,而且大大提高了螺杆的加工质量和加工效率。 Although long distance screw is widely used in some industries, due to its long distance as well as large helix angle, it is hardly to be replaced by CNC lathe with ordinary screw; so generally specific machine tool should be applied. As to the long distance screw with its distance less than 30 mm, we can make use of the macro program function of CNC lathe and turn the screw parameter into the variable to encode the recycling control program aiming to the width and depth of the screw groove. In this way, the rough or refined process of long distance screw will be turned into reality. It is very ebnvetiient rind practical. Not only is the requirement about the screw's specific facility lowered, but also the quality and effectiveness of screw process is elevated to large extent.
