摘要
主要介绍快速支护装备作业平台在不同工作情况下的受力分析,利用SolidWorks软件建立作业平台的三维模型。对作业平台的三维模型进行了网格划分并进行了网格优化,针对不同工况分别进行有限元分析,从而看出工作平台在不同的工况下是否符合设计要求,同时也为模型的优化设计提供理论依据和先行数据。
Mainly introduces a quick support equipment operation platform under different working condition of force analysis,using SolidWorks software operation platform of 3D model is set up.Work platform of 3D model for the grid and grid optimization was carried out,finite element analysis were conducted respectively according to different condition.To see the work platform under different conditions is in line with the design requirements,also provide theoretical basis for optimization design of the model and the data first.
