摘要
提出了一种新型W钢带成型工艺并利用西门子S7-200 PLC设计出W钢带机自动切断冲孔控制系统。利用非线性有限元Marc对W钢带成型进行建模仿真,得到弯角处的等效塑性应变等力学性能,验证了工艺的合理性。
New process for W-section steel strap forming is presented and using the Siemens S7-200 PLC devises the automatic cutting device and punching machine control system . Finite element model is established based on nonlinear FEM-Marc and simulation analyses are carried out .The equivalent plastic strain of the corner of molding strip is obtained,which verifies the rationality of the process.
