摘要
煤矿中的机械零件表面在生产加工中由于制造环境的影响会产生残余应力,降低了零件的使用性能。通过分析材料产生残余应力的几个原因:冷塑性变形、热塑性变形以及内部组织的改变,并提出磨削裂纹的防止方案,加强对于机械残余应力的了解,给零件的设计提供参考。
The surface of mechanical parts will have residual stress in the production due to the impact of the manufacturing environment and reduce its using performance. This article analyzes reasons for the material residual stress: the cold plastic deformation, plastic deformation, and the change of the internal organization and makes grinding cracks prevention programs, aiming to strengthen the understanding of the mechanical residual stress and provide a reference to the design of the harts.
