摘要
以某零件的数控加工过程为例,详细介绍了VERICUT对切削加工工艺路线、走刀路线的验证和加工质量的检测。结果表明,应用VERICUT软件于数控加工工艺制定过程中,能够在安全、低成本的前提下提高工艺制定及编程效率、缩短生产周期。
A special workpiece was taken as an example to detail the techniques about the verification of the whole process route and cutting path and the detection of cutting qualities. It turns out that, using VERICUT software in making CNC machining technique, could increases productivity of process planning and CNC programming, shorten production cycle with safe and low cost.
