摘要
煤矿提升机是矿山运输系统中的主要设备之一。针对传统提升机控制系统存在的问题,研究开发了基于PLC和变频器为核心的数字化变频控制系统,论述了系统的组成结构及PLC电控系统的软硬件结构。通过现场应用证明,该控制系统可以有效地提高整个提升机系统的安全性、可靠性及调速性能。
The mine hoist is one of the most important equipments in Mine transport system. Aiming at the problems of traditional electric controlled system, a new digital converter control system based on PLC and converter is researched and developed, discusses the system structure and the software design and architecture of system. Be capable of proof by experiments, the safety, reliability and speed regulation performance of the whole electric controlled system are improved.
