摘要
针对现有交流电机启动过程的特点,提出用单周期控制技术实现绕线式异步电动机恒流软启动;设计出了单周期控制技术的绕线式异步电动机软启动闭环控制电路;通过对电动机系统稳态模型的分析,取得了转子回路总电阻的计算方法。为现有的绕线式异步电动机串电阻启动提供了一种改进其性能的方案。
According to the characteristic of AC motor soft-start process, the paper put forward using one cycle control (OCC) to realize constant-current soft starting of induction motor. And close loop control circuit of wound rotor asynchronous motor has been designed based on OCC. Through the analysis of the motor system steady model, the calculating method of rotor loop resistance Rx obtained. That provides an improved its performance plans for wound rotor asynchronous motor starting by series resistance.
