摘要
自动换杆装置主要用于辅助煤层气钻机进行钻具更换工作,通过液压控制底座、给进机身、斜撑油缸等部件实现钻具与钻机动力头的自动对接,进而实现钻具的自动加卸。底座是自动换杆装置重要的一部分,主要作为给进机身及其他部件的支撑体。底座在设计完成后进行加工和安装调试,对其失效原因进行了分析,并采用有限元软件验证,确定了优化方案。优化后的底座进行了返修和再次调试,试验证明改进能够满足使用要求。
