摘要
磨损是机械零部件的一种主要失效形式,通过调研发现煤矿掘进机装运机构的磨损由为严重,介绍了掘进机装运机构的结构及磨损形式,分析了普通耐磨材料的性能特点及应用存在的问题和高铬合金耐磨堆焊复合材料的主要性能特点及应用。通过使用表明,高铬合金耐磨复合材料能大幅提高装运机构的使用寿命。
Wear is a main failure form of mechanical parts, through the survey, discovered that wear and tear of coal mine roadheader shipment institution is serious. Introduced the structure of roadheader shipment institution and the form of the wear,analyzed the performance characteristics of common wear-resistant materials and the problems in the application, and main performance characteristics and application of the high chromium alloy wear-resistant overlaying welding. By using, it showed that high chromium alloy wear-resistant composite materials can greatly increase the life of the shipping agency.
