摘要
针对煤矿井下设备故障信息容易受到噪声干扰的问题,提出了一种采用混沌理论检测煤矿井下设备故障微弱信号的方法。利用Duffing振子混沌相轨迹的变化来估计微弱信号的幅值,从而获得故障的信息。在煤矿井下机械设备的齿轮故障检测中的仿真研究结果表明,基于混沌Duffing振子的故障诊断方法能够检测出齿轮故障的幅值信息。
Aiming at detecting the mining mechanism equipments fault information, which is very easily to be submerged by heavy underground noise, a method of fault diagnosis of the weak information for the coal mechanism equipments based on chaotic theory is proposed in the paper. The weak signal amplitude is estimated with chaotic phase trajectory variation of the the fault information. The simulation results of the mining gear fault this method can detect the gear amplitude fault. Duffing oscillator in order to get diagnosis experiment shows that this method can detect the gear amplitude fault.
