摘要 针对矿山研发出主通风机监测及故障预警系统,并选择有代表性的矿山作为实验场地进行工业性试验。预警监测系统成功实现了对风机运行期间各种参数的监测如电机的工作电压、电流、功率因数、电机本身的温升、机械振动等参数的实时数据采集和监测,同时还对风机的工作参数:风压、风量、通风温湿度等参数进行实时数据采集和监测,并将有关参数传送到现场主计算机中进行系统的分析和监控。基于监控数据,采用软件分析系统分析风机运行状态,确定其故障类型并进行故障预警。 A mine as an experimental industrial tests carried out. successful implementation of the system main ventilators to run during the various parameters such as: the work of the electrical voltage, current, power factor, motor temperature rise itself, mechanical vibration in real-time data acquisition and monitoring, but also for ventilators of the operating parameters such as: wind, air flow, ventilation parameters such as temperature and humidity in real-time data acquisition and monitoring, and the parameters sent to the scene to the main computer system analysis and monitoring. Through the above- mentioned parameters of real-time monitoring, the use of dedicated software systems analysis and the ventilators motor is running its own characteristics, to identify potential failure factors, common fault on early warning.
