摘要 为了提高管道杂散电流腐蚀防护的针对性和有效性,使用Dymola仿真软件模拟燃气管道在轨道交通牵引电流干扰下的动态杂散电流分布情况。以土壤电位梯度作为判定指标,分析了轨道绝缘电阻存在均匀破损的情况下,机车行驶的一个周期内管道动态杂散电流的分布,探讨了不同绝缘接头安装位置、绝缘接头阻值大小以及不同牺牲阳极的安装位置、安装组数下,管道受到杂散电流的干扰情况,给出了安装绝缘接头和安装牺牲阳极两种杂散电流防护措施的最佳方式。 To enable the pipeline stray current corrosion protection to be more pertinent and effective, the dynamic stray current distribution of gas pipeline under the interference of rail transit traction current is simulated with Dymola. Taking the soil potential gradient as a judgment index, under the condition of some even damage existing in rail insulation resistance, dynamic stray current distribution of gas pipeline in a locomotive driving cycle is analyzed. Also, the stray current interference that pipeline received is discussed with different insulation joint locations and resistance and different sacrificial anode locations and group numbers. Finally, the best way to install insulation joint and sacrificial anode for stray current protection is given in this paper.
