南海深水气田水下回接系统流动保障数值模拟 被引量:5

Flow assurance numerical simulation of subsea tieback system in deep-water gasfield in the South China Sea

摘要 采用水下生产系统开发南海某深水气田,回接管道距离长、高差大,流动安全保障是气田顺利开发的关键。应用OLGA软件对气田回接管道的运行工况进行模拟,结果表明:当气田产量低于回接管道最低输气量时,管道持液量和压降迅速增大,可通过平台注入循环干气的方法提高管道输气量;当回接管道输气量降低或增加时,对浅水平台的工艺设施影响较大。在气田开发中应分析各种可能工况,应用流动安全保障技术为气田安全高效生产提供指导。 When a subsea production system is used to develop a deep-water gasfield in the South China Sea, the tieback pipeline is long with big elevation difference, so flow safety assurance is the key to successful gasfield development. In this paper, the operation condition of tieback pipeline in gasfield is simulated with OLGA. The simulation results show that when the gasfield production is lower than the minimum capacity of tieback pipeline, the liquid holdup and pressure drop of the pipeline increase quickly, so the capacity of tieback pipeline can be improved by injecting circulation dry gas from platform; when the capacity of tieback pipeline decreases or increases, the process facilities on shallow-water platform will be greatly affected. All possible conditions should be analyzed in the gasfield development, and flow safety assurance technology can provide a guidance to the safe and efficient production of gasfield.
