南京市社区生活垃圾分类处理问题研究

Study on Classification Handling Problems of Community Household Garbage in Nanjing

生活垃圾的分类处理能力不足在如今成了影响居住环境品质的一个重要因素。文章以南京市新颁布的《南京市生活垃圾分类管理办法》为背景,以南京部分城市居住区为调研地点,调查居民的垃圾分类意识和习惯,了解居住区垃圾回收设施的配套和对生活垃圾的处理方式,以及居民和物业、社区管理阶层对该问题的看法。然后从居民、配套、管理三个层次分析现阶段城市垃圾分类存在的问题,并尝试性地提出一些解决垃圾分类困境的措施。

Nowadays, the lack of classification handling capacity of household garbage has become an important factor affecting the living environment quality. The paper takes the Classifi cation Management Method of Household Garbage in Nanjing newly issued by Nanjing Municipal People＇s Government as the background and takes some urban residential areas in Nanjing as the investigation and study places to investigate the garbage classification consciousness and habit of residents and understand the matching situation of garbage collection facilities in residential areas and the handling method of household garbage as well as the opinions of residents, property management and community management hierarchies on the problems. Then the problems occurring in the urban garbage classifi cation at the present stage shall be analyzed from three hierarchies： residents, matching and management,some measures of solving garbage classifi cation diffi culties shall be put forward tentatively.
