抑癌基因甲基化与鼻咽癌易感性关系的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:采用Meta分析法系统评价抑癌基因甲基化与鼻咽癌易感性的关系。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方等数据库,收集抑癌基因甲基化情况与鼻咽癌易感性相关的病例-对照试验文献,进行Meta分析。结果共纳入研究文献15篇,包括中文文献5篇和英文文献10篇;纳入受试者983例,其中鼻咽癌组716例,对照组267例。各研究间无异质性,均不存在发表偏倚。采用固定效应模型分析。 Meta分析结果显示,鼻咽癌组抑癌基因甲基化率高于对照组(RR=17.21,95%CI:9.14~32.42,P=0.000)。根据中英文文献不同来源亚组分析显示鼻咽癌组抑癌基因甲基化率高于对照组(国外文献组RR=14.97,95%CI:7.23~30.96,P=0.000,国内文献组RR=25.81,95%CI:6.91~96.40,P=0.000)。结论抑癌基因甲基化与鼻咽癌易感性有关。
