摘要
凝汽器可将汽轮机的排汽凝结成水,同时,凝汽器内将具有一定真空度。凝汽器的真空值越大,蒸汽的焓降越大。许多凝汽系统的气密性较差,凝汽器长期在真空度的设计值以下运行。影响真空度的原因较多,存在超标的不凝气为主要因素。分析了凝汽器中不凝气的来源和各项影响真空度的因素,对凝汽系统气密性评定和不凝气量估算测量的相关原理、数据、方法进行了总结,为优化凝汽系统提供参考。
Condenser is to make steam turbine exhaust steam condense into condensate and establish a certain vacuum in the same time. High vacuum leads to high enthalpy drop. Many condensers operate in vacuum lower than design value for a long time because of poor air tightness of condensing system. There are many reasons for poor vacuum and exceeding non-condensable gas is the main factor. The sources of non-condensable gas in the condenser and the factors that affect vacuum have been analyzed in this article. Relevant principles, data and method about condensing systems air tightness evaluation and estimate measure of non-condensable gas amount have been summarized. This article can provide reference for the optimization of condensing system.
