摘要 空气预热器可降低机组的排烟温度,提高锅炉的运行效率。大型电站锅炉常采用回转式空气预热器,但在热态运行时,回转式空气预热器将产生蘑菇状变形,变形后的预热器转子容易与壳体发生干涉现象,使预热器驱动电机产生电流波动,现以两起回转式空气预热器电流波动的处理过程,分析空气预热器发生电流波动的成因,进而从合理设置冷态密封间隙和控制热态运行方面,提出消除回转式空气预热器电流波动的措施。 Air preheater can reduce the exhaust gas temperature of the unit, which improves the operating efficiency of the boiler. Boilers in large power station usually use rotary air preheater. But when heat state running, rotary air preheater will deform in mushroom-shape and deformed preheater rotors will interfere with the shell, which is easy to make the heater drive motor producing current. Now treatment of current fluctuations of two rotary air preheater is analyzed to discover the cause of current fluctuation. Then from the reasonable setting of cold sealing gap and control the heat state operation, measures are proposed to eliminate the fluctuation current of rotary air preheater.
