摘要
剖析了环式碎煤机轴承振动超标的原因,对是否需要减振平台进行了论述。针对环式碎煤机运行情况,对破碎物料的内力和外力进行了分析,并提出了防止环式碎煤机振动值超标的有效方法。为减少环式碎煤机的振动,应采用具有一定质量和强度的钢筋混凝土作为机座基础。
We analyze the reason why vibration exceeds the standard and if we shall install vibration isolation platform. According to the operation of ring hammer crusher, we analyze the inner force and outer force and provide an effective solution to prevent vibration exceeding the standard. In order to reduce the vibration of ring hammer crusher, steel reinforced concrete with certain mass and intensity shall be chosen as the unit base.
