介绍了通过对环氧氯丙烷装置设备实施状态监测,应用振动趋势和频谱分析法,对设备状态作出实时评价,对故障提前预报并作出诊断,合理制定检修计划,避免破坏性故障的发生,提高设备运行可靠性和稳定性。
This paper introduced application of vibration trend and spectrum analysis to detect machinery damage and diagnose fault by condition monitoring. It can determine the machinery＇s condition, avoid breakdown , and improve reliability and stability of ECH unit.
