摘要
介绍切水阀在石化行业炼油厂原油电脱盐单元的主要作用。对胜利炼油厂切水阀在日常应用中经常出现的阀内件损坏问题进行了详细分析,并提出了新的解决方案。有效地解决了切水阀运行周期短、故障率高的典型问题。
The paper introduced the main action of cutting water valve in electric desalting section for crude oil in petrochemical industry refinery. Damages on internal parts of the valve usually appearing in actual application in Qilu Refinery were described in detail. New solution project was given,which solved effectively the typical problems such as short running period of the cutting water valve and high incidence rate of damage.
