端粒酶活性和血清癌胚抗原 糖类抗原-724在胃癌中的表达相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究端粒酶在胃癌组织中的表达情况及胃癌患者血清中癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原(CA)-724水平,探讨三者在胃癌中的表达相关关系。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法检测端粒酶活性在70例胃癌组织中的表达及采用微粒子化学发光免疫法检测胃癌患者血清中CEA、CA-724水平,对照比较三者的相互关系进行综合分析。结果胃癌组织端粒酶阳性表达分别为41例(58%);血清中CEA、CA-724阳性水平分别为59例(84%)、47例(67%)。经Spearman秩相关分析,端粒酶胃癌组织的表达与CEA、CA-724两两比较呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论端粒酶在胃癌组织中存在着过表达,在评估胃癌的发生发展中及鉴别良性胃疾病有一定的临床价值。端粒酶联合血清CEA、CA-724水平检测在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关性,三者在胃癌的发生发展中起协同作用。 Objective To delineate the expressions of telomerase (TLMA), carcinoemberyonic antigen(CEA), AFP in gastric cancer and to investigate the relationship of their expressions in gastric cancer. Methods The expression of TLMA was detected by immunohischemistry in 70 cases of gastric cancer tissues. Immunosuppress were used to perform the activation and quality of CEA, AFP. Results In the gastric cancer tissues, the TLMA was positive tested in 41 cases (58%) and CEA, carbohydrate(CA)-724 levels were 59 cases(84%), 47 cases(67%) respectively. The expression of TLMA was found to have positive correlations with the expression of CEA, AFP in gastric cancer by the Spearman rank test. Conclusion Over expressions of TLMA, CEA, CA724 exsist in gastric cancer. The observed overexpression of them in gastric cancer shows great clinic value in evaluating the causing and development of gastric cancer. In gastric cancer , TLMA and CEA, CA724 were positively correlated, each have a synergistic effect on each other in the development of tumor.
