摘要
现代学校教学管理制度是学校质量管理的保障。当下学校教学管理制度存在理念落后、设计简单、体系疏漏、执行乏力等缺失,现代学校教学管理制度应当具备时代性、人文性、服务性、民主性、实效性等特征。实践证明,通过指向问题诊断的调研、指向系统设计的规划、指向项目突破的研究、指向校本实施的指导、指向交流互动的展示、指向督查激励的评价等策略,可以实现区域现代学校教学管理制度的变革与重构。现代学校教学管理制度在重构与实施的过程中,应当体现制度约束与唤醒自觉的统一、强调规范与倡导创新的统一、显性文本和隐性文化的统一。
Modern school teaching administration system is the guarantee of school quality management. Yet currently some issues with school management still exist such as backward ideas,simple designing, incomplete system and weak enforcement. Modern school administration system should be characterized by properties of times, humanity, service, democracy, and effectiveness.Practice shows that relevant and proper strategies may realize the goal of innovating and reconstructing regional modern school administration system, including problem-diagnosed survey, system-design-oriented program, project-breakthrough-directed research, etc. In the process, unification between system constraint and arousing awareness should be embodied, unification between specification and innovation should be stressed, and unification between explicit and implicit texts should be accentuated as well.
