摘要
教师流动是均衡教师资源的有效途径之一,可以在一定程度上解决城乡之间师资配置不均衡的问题。但在实际工作中,流动教师与流入学校在常规管理、教学考评、关系归属等问题的认识上存在着冲突,两者的融合仍有一定的难度。建议教育行政部门和流入学校通过加强人文关怀、提升教师素养、制定合理政策等途径,促使教师自觉、有效地流动,以便进一步发挥流动教师的作用。
Teacher mobility is an effective way to balance teaching resources, and to some extent it could solve the issue of rural-urban imbalance of teachers and teaching resources. Yet in practice there exist conflicts between mobile teachers and recruiting schools in normal administration, teaching evaluation, and relation belongings, which is difficult for them to integrate into each other. Some approaches are suggested to solve the problem, such as humanity concern, promotion of teachers' literacy and establishing right policy for an effective teachers' mobility between rural and urban schools.
