自拟芪参通络汤对缺血性中风患者脑保护机制的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究自拟参芪通络汤对缺血性中风患者脑保护机制。方法将236例气虚血瘀兼水湿停滞型缺血性中风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(治疗组116例、对照组117例)。对照组予临床基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗的基础上给予自拟参芪通络汤口服,总疗程为14 d,检查两组治疗前及治疗后血可溶性肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(sTRAI)、骨保护素(OPG)、血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),治疗前及治疗后2 d、7 d、14 d血清基质金属蛋白酶-9等,并进行统计学处理。结果治疗组治疗后血sTRAI、OPG、hs-CRP、SOD、MDA改善明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗后2 d、7 d、14 d血MMP-9改善程度也显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论自拟芪参通络汤治疗缺血性中风,能够多途径、多靶点的进行脑保护。 Objective: To study self-made Qishentongluo Decoction on brain protection mechanism of patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: 236 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis and stagnation of wet type patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group (116 cases in ac- tual treatment group 116 cases and 117 cases in control group). The treatment group on the basis of basic treat- ment was given Qishentongluo Decoction orally. Total treatment lasted for 14 d. Blood sTRAI, OPG, hs-CRP, SOD and MDA before and after treatment and blood MMP-9 before and after 2 d,7 d, 14 d were checked and statisti- cally processed. Results: After treatment, blood sTRAI, OPG, hs-CRP, SOD, MDA of treatment group improved significantly higher than those of control group (P〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01), and blood MMP-9 improvement of treatment group was also significantly better than that of control group after treatment of 2 d and 7 d (P〈 0.05,P〈 0.01). Conclusion: The self-made Qishentongluo Decoction can protect the brain function with many ways and many targets.
