摘要
《伤寒杂病论》中不少方剂煎煮时佐用酒。经方所用之酒,为糯米酒,不是现代的白酒,亦不可用黄酒代替。其中"清酒"和"白酒"在性状与品质上存在差异。以酒入药的意义在于酒即是药物,又是溶剂,从而加强疗效。
Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases had many prescriptions which needed to make decoc- tion with wine. This wine meant glutinous rice wine, not modem white wine, which could not be replaced by yel- low wine. Rice wine and white wine had differences in character and quality. The meaning of medical method of wine was that the wine can be recognized as medicine and injection to improve effects.
