清热散瘀解毒方治疗癌性发热(血瘀证)的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Qinresanyujiedu Decoction on Blood Stasis Syndrome of Cancerous Fever

目的观察清热散瘀解毒方治疗癌性发热(血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法选择90例癌性发热(血瘀证)患者,随机分为治疗组予清热散瘀解毒方,对照1组予血府逐瘀汤,对照2组予消炎痛。观察3组患者的临床综合疗效。结果 (1)治疗组短期及总体退热疗效优于其他两组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组、对照1组治疗后的卡氏评分均比治疗前有所提高(P<0.05),且两组治疗后卡氏评分的改善情况无明显差别(P>0.05),对照组2治疗前后的卡氏评分无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论清热散瘀解毒方治疗癌性发热(血瘀证)可有效降低患者体温,缓解患者发热症状,提高患者的生活质量,且无明显毒副作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Qingresanyujiedu Decoction on bloott stasis syndrome of cancer- ous fever. Methods： 90 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group with Qingresanyujiedu Decoction, the 1st control group with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction and the 2nd control group with indomethacin. After treatment, the clinical effects were compared in these groups. Results： （1）In the treatment group,the short-term treatment group antipyretic effects were superior to those in other groups （P 〈 0.05）. （2）After treatment,Karnofsky scores were increased in the treatment group and the 1st control group （P〈 0.05）. However,there was no statistical dif- ference about this score in the treatment group and the 1 st control group （P〉 0.05）. Meanwhile,there was no ob- vious difference in the Karnofsky scores of the 2nd control group before and after treatment. Conclusion： Qingre- sanyujiedu Decoction,which is no obvious side effect, can effectively reduce the body temperature of patients and alleviate the symptoms of fever in order to increase the life quality of patients life significantly improved , and no significant side effects.
