摘要 针对传统数字PID控制算法对某些非线性和动态特性差的系统控制效果不理想的问题,提出了基于相平面法的变PID控制算法。该算法在控制过程中使用了误差阈值判断,引入了积分分离、微分项控制等方法,加快了系统的响应速度,大幅度提升了系统的动态性能和稳定性。仿真结果表明,改进的PID算法相对于普通的数字PID控制器,其控制效果明显改善,对某些非线性和动态特性差的系统具有更好的适应性。 The traditional digital PID control algorithm for some nonlinear and the system with poor dynamic characteristics, the control effect is not ideal. In this article, it put forward a variable PID control algorithm based on phase plane method. The error threshold value judgment was used in control process, and integral sep- aration, differential control etc. were introduced into this algorithm, which accelerated response speed of sys- tem, and greatly promoted the dynamic performance and stability of the system. The result showed that the con- trol effect of improved PID algorithm is obviously improved relative to the ordinary digital PID controller, and it is with better adaptability for some nonlinear and the system with poor dynamic characteristics.
