摘要
利用低频倒扭摆内耗仪采用受迫振动的方法研究了固溶温度对Fe-Ga合金阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,低温范围内,随着固溶温度的升高,合金的阻尼性能显著提高,并在1000℃时达到最大值;随着固溶温度的进一步升高,合金的阻尼性能反而下降。通过研究固溶温度对不同成分Fe-Ga合金阻尼性能的影响,讨论了合金的最佳热处理温度参数和最佳使用温度。
We investigate the effects of solution temperature on the damping capacity of Fe-Ga alloys through a low-frequency inverted pendulum. The result shows that the damping capacity of Fe-Ga alloys increases with the in-crease of solution temperature and reaches the maximum at the temperature of 1000 ℃ in the low temperature range. With the solution temperature further increasing,the damping capacity of Fe-Ga alloys decreases. We dis-cuss the most suitable heat treatment temperature and operating temperature in this paper,by investigating the effects of solution temperature on the damping capacity of Fe-Ga alloys with different compositions.
