摘要
随着我国产业结构的不断调整,社会对于高端技能型人才的需求不断扩大。作为技能型人才的主要培养基地,工科高职院校背负着越来越重的社会责任。"双师型"教师队伍的建设,是工科高职院校完成人才培养目标的重要支撑,而校内教师的培养和提高则直接决定了"双师型"教师队伍建设的成功与否。
With the continuous adjustment of industrial structure in China,the social demand for high skilled talents is expanding.As the main skill talents training base in higher vocational colleges of engi-neering,higher vocational colleges have more and more heavy social responsibility.“Double-type”teachers team construction was an important support to the talents-training goal of engineering vocational colleges.Cultivating and improving teachers directly determine the“double-type”teacher troop construc-tion project success.
