摘要
结合高职院校实施绩效工资制度改革的实践,分析了高职院校各类人员的绩效工资构成,探讨如何在高职院校绩效工资设计过程中处理好各类人员的分配关系,并从强化编制管理,建立相对合理的考评机制,保持合理的收入差距,实现各类人员共同发展及积极探索灵活多样的激励机制等方面,就如何完善绩效工资制度分配体系提出建议。
In combination with the practice of implementing performance salary system reform in higher vocational colleges,authors analyze all kinds of personnel merit pay in higher vocational colleges;discuss how to deal with the relations of distribution among the various types of personnel merit pay.According to the process of performance salary design in higher vocational colleges,and from strengthening the man-agement,to establish a relatively reasonable evaluation mechanism and reasonable income gap,sugges-tions on how to improve the system of performance wage distribution were given to realize all kinds of common development and actively explore the flexible incentive mechanism.
