摘要
煤炭企业随着近年来规模的扩大和业务的拓展,成立了许多具有法人独立资格的子公司。但是在子公司的管理上仍存在许多行政管理观念,对子公司管理权责不清晰、管理过于集权,不能有效激发其独立经营的积极性。应从观念转变、制度建设、激励约束等方面探究规范母子公司管理的有效途径,以发挥母子公司协同效应,提升管理控制的效率。
With expanding operation and business development,there are many subsidiary companies were founded,which have independent legal entity.However,the management of these subsidiary companies has a lot of administrative management concepts,such as manage-ment responsibilities of subsidiary companies is not clear and too limited,and it is hard to effec-tively arouse enthusiasm of the independent operation.The paper mentioned the idea of conceptu-al changes,system construction,and incentive constraint to explore the effective way and syner-gy effects of standardizing the parent-subsidiary management,and improve the efficiency of man-agement control.
