摘要 针对新上海一号煤矿矿区低强度泥化软岩遇水弱化、体积膨胀特点,对巷道的变形机理及支护技术进行了优化。通过室内试验,得到了不同于其他软岩的物理力学特性;在此基础上,对巷道围岩变形及应力进行现场实测及数值模拟,分析了巷道的变形机理,并对其支护技术进行了优化;对采用新支护方案的巷道进行了监测,结果表明,新方案可有效改善围岩应力状态,控制围岩变形。本研究在低强度泥化软岩巷道支护技术上取得显著的效果,具有较高的实用价值。 In view of the low-intensity clay soft rock weakening and volume expanding as meeting water in New Shanghai No.1 Coal Mine,the roadway deformation mechanism and sup-porting technology are optimized.Through indoor test,the physical and mechanical properties differing from other soft rocks are obtained;on this basis,the site measurement and numerical simulation are applied on the roadway deformation and stress,and the deformation mechanism is analyzed,and the supporting technology for it is optimized;the roadway adopting the new sup-porting scheme is monitored.The results show that the new scheme can effectively improve the stress state of surrounding rock and control the deformation of it.This research makes significant effects on supporting technology for roadway with low-intensity clay soft rock and owns high practical value.
