大倾角厚煤层错层位巷道布置采煤法在唐山矿的应用

摘要 唐山矿业分公司大倾角厚煤层传统回采工艺损失煤炭较多,利用现有的技术回收煤柱未能成功。为了减少煤炭丢失,研究采用厚煤层错层位巷道布置全厚采煤法,并在唐山矿业分公司岳胥区大倾角厚煤层工作面进行应用试验。介绍了工作面错层位巷道布置设计、设备安装、回采工艺及优缺点,并进行了效益分析。 There has problem of much loss of coal in steep thick coal seam in Tangshan Min-ing Branch Company for using the traditional mining process,and the existing technology is a-dopted for coal pillar recovery several times without success.In order to reduce the coal loss,the stagger arrangement roadway layout full-seam mining in thick coal seam is applied and conducts the application test in steep thick coal seam mining face in Yuexu area.And the stagger arrange-ment roadway layout design in working face,equipment installation,mining process and its ad-vantages and disadvantages are introduced,and the benefit is analyzed.
