气煤对配合煤炼制焦炭质量影响规律的研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了研究气煤在配煤炼焦过程中对配合煤炼制焦炭质量的影响规律,本文选取了不同变质程度的炼焦煤作为研究对象,对试验煤样进行配煤炼焦试验。研究结果表明,配入气煤后焦炭的冷强度和热态性能变差,气煤与不同煤种煤配煤时对配合煤焦炭质量的劣化程度不同,1/3焦煤和焦煤随着气煤配入量的增加使得焦炭质量均匀劣化,肥煤在气煤配入量小于30%时焦炭质量变化较小,配入量大于30%后焦炭质量明显变差。 To study the influence of gas coal on coke quality through the use of blended coals together with blended coking coals.The research obj ective aimed to evaluate the different meta-morphic grade coals through the use of the coking of blended coals test.The results showed that the cold strength and thermal performance of coke declined after blending with gas coal.The de-gree of deterioration of coking quality is different when different ranked coals are blended with gas coal.The coke quality degrades evenly as gas coal is blended into a mix of 1/3 coking coal or coking coal.The quality of coke changed less when amounts of less than 30% proportion of gas coal was blended with fat coal,however,the coke quality was significantly worse after adding mixtures of over 30% proportion.
