大地压影响下出水钻孔封堵技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 邢东矿1127工作面35号底板超前钻孔发生出水事故,疏放一段时间后,水量衰减程度较小,且孔口四周底板开始出水,严重影响矿井的安全生产,需对出水钻孔立即进行封堵。针对该出水钻孔封堵的难点,采取"三步走"的封堵方案对出水钻孔实现了封堵,封堵率达到100%,首次完成了大地压(10 MPa)条件下的出水钻孔封堵,为邢东矿的正常生产接替提供了保障。 The water inrush accident happened at No.1127 working face when drilling on No. 3 5 floor in advance.After water drainage for a time,the water volume decreased little,and the water began to inrush around the borehole,which severely disturbed the safety production in coal mine and the boreholes should be sealed immediately.In view of the difficulties in sealing water inrush boreholes,the three-step sealing proj ect was carried out.The sealing success rate reached up to 100 %.The water inrush borehole sealing under high ground pressure (10 MPa)was firstly achieved,providing a strong guarantee for normal production in Xingdong Coal Mine.
