摘要
针对煤矿综采工作面防尘工作目前存在的问题,在煤矿采掘工作面开展粘结式隔尘帘技术试验研究,提出多面空心球的选择、隔尘帘清洗、隔尘帘的制作工艺等研究内容与相关实验,最终形成用于井下巷道的粘结式隔尘帘降尘成套技术,利用粘结式隔尘帘的阻隔作用将粉尘控制在工作面喷雾降尘区,将穿过隔尘帘风流中的粉尘进行高效捕集沉降,进而降低整个工作面的粉尘浓度。
Through aiming at the problem of dust prevention in a fully mechanized mining face,experimental research on dust isolation curtain technology was carried out at a the mining face.The research content and related experiments involved hollow ball selection,cleaning of the dust isolation curtain and the production of dust isolation curtain technology.The research out-come was the development dust isolation curtain technology for underground roadways.The dust isolation curtain is used to trap and settle the dust in air flow that passes through the curtain thus reducing the dust concentration at the working face.
