高职管理类专业综合性实训师资队伍建设研究

Research on the construction of comprehensive training professional teachers of management in higher vocational colleges

高职管理类专业的综合性实训师资队伍是高职院校实践教学的践行者,是开展实训教学、加强产学研相结合的重要力量,同时是提高高职管理类专业应用技术技能型人才能力、解决理论教学与生产实践脱节、促进现代职业教育发展的根本保证。本文在对综合性实训师资队伍建设现状分析的基础上,找准问题,提出了"建立实训师资队伍培训机制,健全实训师资队伍管理机制,完善实训师资队伍管理机制"的解决措施。

The comprehensive training professional teachers of management in higher vocational colleges are the teachers of practice teaching,play an important role in the practice teaching,strengthening the combination of production,and improve management specialty of higher vocational education and technical talents,to solve the application of theory teaching and practice,strengthen the modern occupation education development. Based on the analysis of the present situation of training teacher construction,some problems are found. Therefore,the following measures are given: establishing the training mechanisms for training teachers,consummating the employee mechanism of training teachers,and improving the management mechanism of training teachers.
