摘要
根据对苏州市1 300名在校大学生进行食品安全知识、态度、行为问卷调查的结果,探讨了大学生食品安全健康教育的必要性、对象及内容,提出健康教育的策略与途径,旨在为开展大学生食品安全健康教育提供依据和参考。
To provide the scientific evidence for health education about food safety and explore efficient methods of health education,the necessity,objectives and contents were discussed and the strategies and methods of health education were also put forward based on the results of the investigation on the knowledge-attitude-practice（ KAP） about food safety among 1 300 college students in Suzhou city.
