摘要
针对难以生化降解的造纸废水,采用吸附材料凹凸棒石与高分子助凝剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)复合的处理工艺,以单因素实验考察了工艺参数对COD去除的影响。结果表明,各影响因素的优化为:凹凸棒石用量2.5g,助凝剂用量0.06g/100mL废水,反应温度50℃、时间75min。在引条件下,出水COD的去除率为78.96%,效果与优质活性炭的处理相近,但成本较低。
Given several process parameters including the amount of attapulgite, the matching amount of coagulant aids, oscillating temperature and oscillation time, we take advantage of the treatment process which combines adsorbent material-attapulgite CTMAB with polymer coagulant to achieve the biochemical degradation of papermaking wastewater. Single factor experimental results show that, the best value of the influencing factors is: 2.5 g of attapulgite, matching coagulant aids 0.06 g per 100 mL of wastewater, the reaction temperature is 50 ℃, the reaction time was 75 min. The removal rate of the effluent COD is 78.96%, the effect is similar to the treatment effect of the high quality activated carbon, however, the cost was much lower.
