摘要
以从4辆家用轿车采集的雨刮系统8个噪声样本为试验对象,由人耳主观分辩出能够描述雨刮系统运行状态的3种主要的感受噪声成分,即电机声、换向声和刮刷声,并分别采用成对比较法和参考语义细分法对雨刮系统噪声和这3种成分噪声的烦恼度进行了主观评价。通过各噪声成分频带范围的分析,对其进行了频率截取和滤波处理,并计算了处理后的客观评价参量。利用多元回归分析,建立了3种成分噪声的声品质客观评价模型,并最终建立了以3种成分噪声的烦恼度值来表征雨刮系统噪声品质的评价模型。结果表明,该评价模型能够预测雨刮系统噪声的品质。
With 8 noise samples of wiper system acquired from four cars as object,three main sensory constituents of wiper system noise( motor noise,direction reversal noise and blade scraping noise),which can describe the operation status of wiper system,are subjectively identified by human ears,and paired comparison method and anchored semantic differential method are adopted respectively for the subjective evaluation on the annoyance degrees of wiper system noise and three noise constituents. By analyzing the frequency range of each constituent noise,frequency truncation and filtering processing are performed with the objective evaluation parameters after processing calculated. Through multivariate regression analysis,the objective evaluation model for the sound quality of three noise constituents is set up and finally an evaluation model is established using the annoyance degrees of three noise components to characterize the overall sound quality of wiper system noise. The results indicate that the evaluation model can well predict the sound quality of wiper system.
