以杜仲叶渣为载体固态发酵制备解磷生物肥料的工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 以杜仲叶渣为载体,巨大芽孢杆菌为发酵菌种,以其活菌数为指标,通过正交试验考察了杜仲叶渣固态发酵制备解磷生物肥料的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,杜仲叶渣制备解磷生物肥料的最佳工艺条件为:料液比(质量和体积比)1∶2.5,料层厚度6 cm,接种量(每毫升细菌数量为8.56×109个)1.5 mL,发酵温度30℃,杜仲叶渣与倍花废渣的质量比为1∶0.4。此培养条件下巨大芽孢杆菌的最大活菌数可达1.64×109cfu/g。此外,由最佳工艺条件制备的解磷生物肥料,其相关指标均在国标限量内。因此,杜仲叶渣可以作为一种良好的载体来制备解磷生物肥料。 In order to research optimal technological conditions of solid-state fermentation to prepare phosphate-solubile biological fertilizer,the leaves residual of Eucommia ulmoides Olive as carrier,Bacillus megaterium as fermented culture and viable count as index were employed by using the orthogonal test. The results showed that optimal technological conditions of phosphate-solubile biological fertilizer prepared by leaves residual of E. unmolds Olive was as follows: ratio of liquor to material was 1∶ 2. 5,substrate thickness was 6 cm,the amount of inoculum was 1. 5 mL,temperature was 30 ℃,and the mass ratio of leaves residual of E. ulmoides Olive and waste slag of floraphis was 1∶ 0. 4. The maximum viable count of B. megaterium could reach 1. 64 × 109 cfu /g at aforesaid experimental condition. In addition,contents of related indices of the phosphate-solubilizing biological fertilizer prepared by optimal technological conditions were all within the range of national standard. As a result,leaves residual of E. ulmoides Olive could be used as carrier to prepare biological fertilizer.
