摘要
本文讨论了二维时空中狄拉克粒子的隧穿行为.标准的霍金温度通过狄拉克粒子隧穿视界得到.当考虑到量子引力效应时,黑洞的温度不仅由黑洞本身决定,同时,还受辐射粒子的能量和质量的影响.
Tunneling behaviors of Dirac particles in 2-dimensional spacetimes are investigated in this paper. The standard Hawking temperature is derived by the particles' tunneling across the horizon. When effects of quantum gravity are taken into account,the temperature is not only determined by the black hole,but also influenled by the energy and mass of the emitted particle.
