摘要
以绿色制备技术路线为核心,在乙醇为单一溶剂条件下,利用溶胶-凝胶(Sol–Gel)制备了过渡金属改性的TiO2纳米粉体.研究了在该方法相同条件下的,获得的单一锐钛矿相结构的TiO2粉体和改性的M-TiO2(M:Fe,Co,Ni)粉体,及其在可见光条件下对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解情况,并用XRD,SEM,UV-VIS等仪器表征和测试了获得样品的晶相结构、微观形貌、吸光性.实验结果表明:在500℃焙烧后获得改性的M-TiO2具有良好的降解效果,尤其以0.4%Co-TiO2为最佳,70min降解效率达93%,明显优于未改性的60%的降解率及其它样品.
The transition metal-modified TiO2 nanopowders were prepared by the green technology ethanol-based solgel( Sol-Gel). A single phase structure of anatase TiO2 powder and a modified M-TiO2( M: Fe,Co,Ni) powder prepared under the same condition were obtained and their photocatalytic degradation of MB under visible light were studied. The crystal structure,morphology,light absorption of these samples were tested by XRD,SEM,UV –VIS instruments. The results showed that modified M-TiO2 calcined at 500℃ had excellent degradation performance. Especially 0. 4% Co-TiO2 performed the best degradation and degradation efficiency reached 93% in 70 min which was better than the 60% degradation of non-modified TiO2 and other samples.
