4 -Biphenylacetie acid is both highly effective and well tolerated agent of non -steroidal anti-inflam-matory. The synthesis methods of 4 -biphenylacetic acid showed in the literature were reviewed. This review discus-ses with great emphasis on recent developments of Suzuki reaction applications to the synthesis of 4 -biphenylacetic acid.
